PLASTIC

.060 gauge white high impact polystyrene. Available with undercoating to prevent yellowing. 2-3 years outdoor durability.

MAXIPLATE™

.075 gauge Maxiplate™ is a specially formulated polyethylene based material with up to 5 years outdoor durability against yellowing or cracking.

ALUMINUM

.025 and .040 gauge aluminum with mylar overlamination and up to 5 years outdoor durability.

RIGID PVC

High gloss 2mm solid rigid PVC with advanced formulation for superior resistance to UV degradation and up to 7 years outdoor durability.

REFLECTIVE

7 year flexible engineer grade reflective sheeting screen printed with transparent outdoor inks for maximum daytime and nighttime visibility.

MAGNETIC

.030 gauge flexible white magnetic material.

LAMINATION

Most base materials can be overlaminated with mylar for extended outdoor durability and a scratch free outdoor life with high gloss appearance.

CLEAR COAT

Most base materials can be overprinted with a clear coat finish for extended outdoor durability.

Decals have 3-5 year outdoor durability. Add lamination or clear coat for extended outdoor life.

OUTSIDE MOUNT DECALS

3.4 - 4 mil white or clear vinyl with scored liner backing and pressure sensitive adhesive.

INSIDE MOUNT DECALS

2 mil polyester with scored liner backing and pressure sensitive adhesive.

DOUBLE SIDED DECALS

Polyester with white barrier film and scored liner backing and pressure sensitive permanent adhesive.

REFLECTIVE DECALS

7 year engineer grade reflective sheeting with scored liner and pressure sensitive permanent adhesive.

LOW TACK DECALS

3.4 - 4 mil clear or white vinyl with low tack adhesive.

BRUSHED DECALS

2 mil brushed polyester available in chrome or gold with scored liner and pressure sensitive permanent adhesive.

TAMPER PROOF DECALS

1.5 mil white destructible vinyl with scored liner and high tack permanent adhesive.

LEXAN DECALS

.010 gauge polycarbonate with pressure sensitive permanent adhesive.

Extruded aluminum stakes are available in 36", 30", 24" or other custom lengths and can be ordered separately or preassembled to yard signs. Plastic safety cap and angle cut bottom are included.

STANDARD U-CHANNEL STAKES

Aluminum u-channel stakes with .75 face x .5 sides x .050 gauge thickness.

B-STYLE U-CHANNEL STAKES

Aluminum u-channel stakes with .5 face x .5 sides x .050 gauge thickness.

M-CHANNEL STAKES

Heavy duty aluminum m-channel stakes with .75 face x .5 sides x .062 gauge thickness. Signs are screw mounted to the vertical recessed channel along the face of the stake eliminating the need for hole punches in the stake.

2-PIECE STAKE SYSTEM

Standard u-channel stakes cut into 2 pieces and connected together with our exclusive patented coupler. Available in 2 x 15" and 2 x 18" or other custom lengths. For more details, see Stakes & Accessories.

Screen printed or digitally printed on white vinyl or fleet graphic reflective sheeting with pressure sensitive adhesive. Plotter cut graphics, letters and numbers use pigmented vinyl.
